A research-based project in which I took a key role has recently been shortlisted for two awards. Augmenting Masterpieces was nominated twice for the Best of Web Award 2015 at the Chicago Museums Annual Conference, in the categories ‘Professional’ and Innovative/Experimental. It was also shortlisted for the Amsterdam Science & Innovation Awards 2015.

I presented the strategies that we used at the Rijksmuseum in How to iteratively Develop Communication Formats within your Research Process at the 8th Forum of Science Communication in Nuremberg.

The team included researchers, media producers and students. My role was one of creative-scientific mediator and manager, keeping an overview of the different parties, the research process and the development of new communication formats.
